Acklen Hall can accommodate lunch meetings, small banquets, seminars, or awards ceremonies! Banquet seating is up to 120 people, and lecture-style seating is up to 200. Acklen Hall is available for Meetings and Banquet-style events both weekdays and weekends.
The Main Hall is Perfect for large events with banquet seating for 120 – 250 and is available for weekend after-hour events.
BANQUETS
Both Acklen Hall and the Main Hall are perfect for Banquets, Parties, Dinners, and Cocktail Style events. Facility rentals for banquet-style events include access to the museum.

GROUP MEETINGS
Acklen Hall offers a versatile space for club and organization meetings, available for both lunchtime and evening gatherings, as well as all-day events. The rental rate covers the room itself, but not access to the museum. However, meeting attendees can enjoy discounted access to the museum at 50% off the regular admission price. This provides groups a great opportunity to combine their meetings with an educational experience.
Acklen Hall is available for Club and organization meetings. The rental rate for meetings is for the room only and does not include access to the museum.
