Living History School Day 2027
We invite you to join us on April 2, 2027 for the Museum of the American G.I.’s Living History School Day—where history comes alive.
Through a series of living history camps, students will explore U.S. military history from the Civil War to the present day. Each station offers a unique perspective—whether through equipment displays, demonstrations, or first-person interpretation—designed to engage curiosity and encourage questions.
Students move through the program on a timed rotation schedule, ensuring each group has the opportunity to participate in multiple stations throughout the day.
Free parking is provided at Santa’s Wonderland Blitzen Lot.
Registration opens January 27, 2027, at 10:00 AM
$10 Students | $7 Parents and Extended Family
Private/Public Schools: 1 teacher at no charge for every 10 students
Space is limited to 300 students. Registration closes March 19 or when capacity is reached.
This is an outdoor special event, and the museum building will not be open during the program.
