Living History Weekend 2021 Schedule for Vendors and Living Historians

Times are subject to change

Thursday, March 25
Noon: Vendor check-in and setup begins

Noon: Setup for Friday Living History School Day
Noon: Living History Display check-in is at the Information Tent at the top of the hill.
Point Of Contact (POC) or designated individual must check-in before unit setup can begin

Friday, March 26
8:00 AM – 5 PMVendor Swamp Meet
If you arrive after 5 pm, you will need to wait until Saturday morning to set up.
Please do not “pick a spot” because it might be assigned to someone else!
DO NOT park your car/truck/trailer in a vendor spot while you wait to be assigned a spot
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM –  Living History School Day
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM –  Reenactor Check-at Information Tent
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Setup for Saturday Living History Displays
Unit POC or designated individual must check in before unit setup can begin
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Saturday Battle walkthroughs (One at both arenas)
Unit commanders or designated POC are required to attend. 
All participants are welcome to attend as well. 
8:00 PM –  ALL VEHICLES moved to parking lot – No civilian vehicles will be allowed to park on museum property overnight!

Saturday, March 27
ONLY VENDOR’S VEHICLES ALLOWED IN FRONT AREA BY BUILDING
REENACTORS and LIVING HISTORIANS WILL HAVE TO PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING!!
NO NON-MILITARY VEHICLES ALLOWED ACROSS BRIDGE (NO EXCEPTION)
7:00 AM –        Breakfast available
7:00 am – 8:00 am – Reenactor Check-in at Information Tent (top of hill)
8:00 am – 9:00 am –  Safety Rules and Battle Review (One at both arenas)
All participants, not just unit commanders, are required to attend for safety reasons
9:30 AM –        PUBLIC ARRIVES  (EVERYONE MUST BE IN PLACE)
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM:  Vehicle Rides (WWII Arena)

10:30 AM:  WWI Skirmish (WWI Arena)
11:30  AM:  WWII Skirmish (WWII Arena)
11:30 AM – 2:00 PM: Trench Tours
12:30 PM:  History In Action  (WWII Arena)
                      Flame Thrower, Rifle Grenade Demonstrations and Weapons/Artillery Demonstrations
1:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Vehicle Rides (WWII Arena)
2:30 PM:  WW I Skirmish (WWII Arena)
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM Trench Tours
4 PM:  WWII Skirmish with vehicles (WWII Arena)
5 PM – 6:00 PM Sunday Battle Walkthrough  (One at both arenas)

SUNDAY, March 28
ONLY VENDOR’S VEHICLES ALLOWED IN FRONT AREA BY BUILDING
REENACTORS and LIVING HISTORIANS WILL HAVE TO PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING!!
NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ACROSS BRIDGE (NO EXCEPTION)UNTIL THE EVENT IS OVER
7:00 AM –        Breakfast available
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM – Reenactor Check-in at Information Tent (top of hill)
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM –  Safety Rules and Battle Review (One at both arenas)

3:00 PM: Civilian vehicles  may cross the Bailey Bridge

Vendors and Living Historians are welcome to stay until Monday.  When camps are broken, ALL trash should be placed in the dumpster behind the museum building, all fire pits filled in and wood used for fires removed.  Please leave your site looking as clean as it was when you arrived.
