Give to the Museum
The Museum of the American G.I. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your support allows us educate future generations through our restoration and displays of historic military equipment and artifacts. You can help us to honor those who lived and died in service to our country while using this remarkable equipment in a variety of ways. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No gift is too small.
The museum has no paid staff. It is operates entirely on volunteers with the minimum administrative overhead. Therefore virtually 100% of all monetary contributions go directly to fund the museum’s building, restoration and educational activities.

Help Us Complete Our Building!
The Museum of the American G.I. is home to one of the finest collections in the US of restored, running WWI, WWII and later era military vehicles as well as historic uniforms and equipment used by the American Serviceman and women. What we do not have is a completed building in which to display these precious artifacts. In 2010, the museum began a capital building campaign. By March 2012, the museum had raised enough funds to build the shell of the first permanent building. The shell was completed in March 2013 and displayed to the public for the first time at our annual Living History Weekend. In 2014, the first floor was completed and the museum’s new building officially opened to the public! All of this was accomplished without the museum incurring any debt! Work continues on the second story interior and the infrastructure.
We need your help! Our goal is to complete the 2nd floor interior and mezzanine. Once complete, it will feature an elevator, display cases to protect our uniforms, a space for temporary exhibits, and a conference room. Please consider making a donation to our building fund. All donations are needed and appreciated, regardless of size.
Opportunities for special recognition and naming privileges for significant gifts are available.
